Step 2 – Receive Your Quote
We'll provide a quote based on how much time each room takes to clean, tailored to your home and the service you need. This is your chance to ask any questions and let us know about anything specific you'd like us to focus on.

Step 3 – Book Your Clean
Once you're happy with the quote, we'll lock in a day and time that works for you. For regular clients, we reserve your spot on a weekly or fortnightly schedule so you always have the same slot.

Step 4 – We Clean
On the day, we arrive ready to deliver a thorough, premium clean with care and attention to detail. You can be home or arrange access — whatever you prefer.

Step 5 – Payment
Payment is made securely via bank transfer or processed through Square Payments. We'll provide your invoice and payment details, making the process quick and easy. Self-managed clients will receive an invoice via their email and plan managed clients will have their invoice sent to their plan manager.

Step 6 – Enjoy Your Clean Home
Relax and enjoy the results. If anything isn't quite right, just let us know and we'll make it right. Happy clients often set up a regular clean so their home stays fresh all year round.
